We help our clients to bypass the operational complexities in emerging markets by simplifying human resource management and by offering an alternative business framework which minimizes risks.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage daily communication (emails, phone calls, meetings) and follow up with PEO services’ clients – Frequent communication with all departments of INS Global (Finance, HR, Sales) to ensure that clients’ requests and inquiries are responded to timely.
  • Build trust between you and your accounts.
  • Ensure that terms and conditions of Services Agreement are always updated with existing clients.
  • Manage our consultants’ payroll & business expenses. Issue monthly pay slips via our ERP system. Check and Archive proof of business expenses.
  • Bill clients monthly accordingly using our company’s internal ERP.
  • Be responsible for collection of payment from your accounts.
  • Update consultants’ information in our ERP system when necessary (Salary, Annual Leave, Allowance, Bonus, etc.).

Profile Requirements

Must-haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • At least 1-year work experience as an Account Manager in B to B Services Industry.
  • Native Mandarin Speaker. Fluency in English.
  • Business Acumen, Motivated, Quick Leaner, Organized and Reliable.

Likes-to-haves:

  • Any other language proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong mastery of MS Word, Excel and PPT.
  • Familiar with China HR Policies.
  • Study or Work Experience abroad.
