We are looking for an experienced Global Mobility Specialist in the USA to join us in the managing of the mobility program. Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with local vendors on mobility matters in American countries, to drive seamless delivery on various mobility practices including, but not limited to onboarding/off-boarding, visa, payroll, income tax, system administration.
  • Ensure the client satisfaction and be their point of contact for escalation of issues related to international mobility.
  • Work Closely with others in the global mobility team for information sourcing and documenting.
  • Ensure accuracy and frequent updates of the professionals’ personal information, in compliance with our privacy policies.
  • Any other supporting tasks required

Profile Requirements

Valuable experiences and skills you’ll bring to INS Global:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • About 1-year work experience in HR or B2B Services delivery.
  • Basic knowledge of HR policies and regulations in the American countries or willing to learn.
  • Adaptable and collaborative, able to work with diverse groups of people at all levels in multiple countries.
  • Strong commercial awareness and super hands-on attitude. Problem-solving oriented.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Native English speaker. Any other language proficiency is a plus.
  • Agile and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and drive short turnaround times.
