Main Responsibilities

  • Promote the company’s products/services (PEO, Recruitment, HR Consulting, Company Registration, etc.) addressing or predicting current or prospective clients’ needs.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Keep records of prospects, sales process status, invoices and revenue generated, etc. via our CRM.
  • Ensure the implementation of our business strategy.
  • Represent INS Global during events (trade shows, conferences, exhibitions).
  • Prepare sales contracts, negotiate, and ensure adherence to law-established rules and company guidelines/standards.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Support our Account Managers in customer requests.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Profile Requirements

Must-haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • At least 2-year work experience in a Sales or Customer service-oriented job.
  • Native French Speaker and basic understanding of Chinese language.
  • Strong mastery of Pack Office.
  • Business acumen, thrive in a high paced work environment, like to take on challenges.

Likes-to-haves:

  • 2-5 years professional experience.
  • Team-spirit mindset.
  • Any other language would be a plus.
  • Sales experience in B2B
  • Familiar with Teams, Zoom and CRM’s
  • Interest or first experience in HR services
  • Quick leaner, reliable and get things done
  • Time management and organizational skills
