Main responsibilities

Maintain relationships with existing clients and new clients:

  • Working closely with assigned Sales Manager, you will be responsible of managing his/her accounts
  • Ensure that terms and conditions of Services Agreement are always updated with existing clients
  • Payroll management, using the company’s data management software
  • Daily communication (emails, phone calls, meetings) and Follow up with clients – Frequent communication with all departments of INS Global Consulting (Finance, HR, Sales) to ensure that clients’ requests and information are updated

Account Management

  • Clients’ Invoicing
    • Follow up with clients about monthly invoices’ preparation and payments
    • Follow up with INS’s Finance & Administration department about invoices payments delay, issues – you will be responsible of reminding the clients when needed
  • Pay slips: Check every month pay slips’ information, ensure monthly issuance of pay slips
  • Consultants’ remunerations:
    • Follow up with clients about consultants’ remunerations and modifications (salary increases, bonus, expenses)
    • Follow up with internal departments that clients’ requests have been information are updated

Profile requirements

  • Education: Bachelor degree or above, related to Business or Management
  • At least two years’ experience in similar position / with similar responsibilities
  • Experience in IT or Chinese law is a plus
  • Languages: Fluent in English, Good level of French, Chinese and other languages are a plus
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Organized, autonomous and flexible
