Main Responsibilities

Monitoring the hiring procedures of foreign consultants:

  • Review cases related to potential consultants and determine the feasibility of their hiring in China
  • Monitor the calendar of the onboarding process for each consultant
  • Support the HR Manager and Onboarding specialists during meeting with consultants
  • Communicate regularly with the consultants in order to maintain a good relationship
  • Weekly report to the HR Manager and the Sales team on their respective clients
  • Drafting and/or filing employment contracts for foreign consultants

Customer Management:

  • Manage consultants’ requests and follow up with relevant internal department (Finance, Sales, HR)
  • Monitor work and residence permits renewals/transfers

Supporting Functions:

  • HR: Translate documents (FR-EN + other mastered languages: CN-ES-DE, etc.)
  • HR: Support Recruitment department with projects

Profile Requirements

  • Education: Master’s degree related to Business, Management or Law
  • Languages: Fluent in English (Speaking and Reading)
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Good writing skills in English
  • Curious, Open-minded, Rigorous and Organized
