Main Responsibilities
Monitoring the hiring procedures of foreign consultants:
- Review cases related to potential consultants and determine the feasibility of their hiring in China
- Monitor the calendar of the onboarding process for each consultant
- Support the HR Manager and Onboarding specialists during meeting with consultants
- Communicate regularly with the consultants in order to maintain a good relationship
- Weekly report to the HR Manager and the Sales team on their respective clients
- Drafting and/or filing employment contracts for foreign consultants
Customer Management:
- Manage consultants’ requests and follow up with relevant internal department (Finance, Sales, HR)
- Monitor work and residence permits renewals/transfers
Supporting Functions:
- HR: Translate documents (FR-EN + other mastered languages: CN-ES-DE, etc.)
- HR: Support Recruitment department with projects
Profile Requirements
- Education: Master’s degree related to Business, Management or Law
- Languages: Fluent in English (Speaking and Reading)
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Good writing skills in English
- Curious, Open-minded, Rigorous and Organized
