We help our clients to bypass the operational complexities in emerging markets by simplifying human resource management and by offering an alternative business framework which minimizes risks.

Responsibilities

  • Promote the company’s products/services (PEO, Recruitment, HR Consulting, Company Registration, etc.), addressing or predicting current or prospective clients’ needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Keep records of prospects, sales process status, invoices and revenue generated, etc. (via our CRM)
  • Ensure the implementation of our business strategy
  • Represent INS Global during events (trade shows, conferences, exhibitions)
  • Prepare sales contracts, negotiate the most favorable terms and conditions and ensure adherence to law-established rules and company guidelines/standards
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Support our Account Managers in collecting late payments
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Profile Requirements

  • MUST-HAVES:
    • Bachelor degree or above.
    • At least 2-year work experience in a Sales or Customer service-oriented job
    • Native English Speaker (or native level)
    • Strong mastery of MS Office
    • High business acumen, thrive in a high paced work environment, likes to take on challenges
  • Preferred;
    • Any additional language would be a plus
    • Sales experience in B2B
    • Familiar with collaboration software such as Teams, Zoom and Zoho
    • Interested or experienced in HR services
    • Quick learner, reliable and you have a get things done attitude
    • Good time management and organizational skills
