The exact amount is set at 2 weeks per year for the first 5 years of service and increases to 3 weeks per year for those that have served for longer than 5 years but less than 10. This increases to 4 weeks’ pay per year for those serving over 10 years

  • The working week in Saint Kitts and Nevis runs from Monday to Friday. 
  • Full-time employees generally work 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
