  • Employees are entitled to their full pay for the first 2 weeks. This decreases to 75% of wages for weeks 3 and 4, 50% for weeks 5 and 6, and 35% for the remaining weeks of sick leave.

  • According to Omani law, female employees are entitled to 50 days of maternity leave.
