  2. Our organization provides the legal entity needed to help hire and manage staff.

What is the difference between PEO and Employer of Record Services in Cameroon?

If you’re considering expanding your business into Cameroon, you’ll likely encounter two primary options for outsourcing your HR needs: PEO and EOR. Here’s how each of these options operates.

A PEO (Professional Employer Organization) handles a wide range of human resources tasks, including payroll management, tax handling, and contract administration. It serves as a strategic HR partner that supports your workforce requirements.

Conversely, an EOR (Employer of Record) shares similarities with a PEO but possesses the legal authority to hire and manage employees on your behalf, simplifying the entire process.

With a PEO, the employment contract is directly between you and the employee, while the PEO firm assists with HR tasks.

In contrast, with an EOR, you maintain control over the employment contract, but it is legally established between the EOR and the employee, adding an extra layer of formality.
