How Did We
Get Here?

In 2006, Wei Hsu and Cynthia Hu found themselves in the right position to make a change. They spotted a lack of services for entrepreneurs that wanted to expand overseas, where the current process was cumbersome and restrictive.

They created INS Global, designed to transcend existing barriers and make expansion possible for businesses of all size, by customizing growth strategies to each client’s unique makeup and challenges.

INS Global has expanded from offering high-quality solutions in 1 to 160 countries, assisting over 600 companies by successfully onboarding and recruiting +2000 Professionals across the world, and helping industry movers and shakers bridge the gap between their reality and their potential.

From entrepreneur to market leader, we know that expansion seems daunting, but we have laid down the groundwork for your path to success.

OUR HISTORY

2006

INS Global is founded with a simple goal, to help companies break into the Chinese market and manage their projects safely in the most cost- and time-effective way possible.

2008

Opens locations in Shanghai and Beijing

2010

Adds locations offering Professional Employer Organization (PEO) and recruitment services across Asia-Pacific in response to customer demand

2014

Help several Key Accounts hire 100+ employees 

2016

Opens first dedicated offices outside of mainland China, in Singapore and Hong Kong

2017

Expands to offer a tech-based approach through a dedicated IT support team

Opens company offices in Japan and Korea

2018

Opens company offices in Taiwan and United Kingdom

Opens offices in the US and France; INS Global now has more than ten offices available to provide support to customers worldwide

2020

Provides added expansion support in 30+ new countries across Europe and Latin America

Launches first support options in Africa.
